Annapurna Region Trek
The Annapurna region trek is home to the best trekking locations in Nepal and consists of the deepest gorge as well as the lake with the highest altitude in the world. The Annapurna Himal and its six facets itself is one of the ten tallest mountains in the world and climbing it is considered to be extremely fatal unless proper instructions are not followed. The Annapurna Circuit Trek is extremely popular and includes the passage through the challenging Thorung La Pass and the deepest gorge in the world, the Kali Gandaki Gorge. Tilicho Lake, consisting of the glacial melt from the Thorang Peak and the Annapurna is the lake with the highest altitude in the world and is also the most visited one.
