- Lo-Ghekar Damodarkunda Rural Municipality (Wards 1-5)
- Baragung Muktichetra Rural Municipality (Ward 3 and Satang Village of Ward 5)
Upper Dolpa (Province 6)
- Fee: USD 500 per person (first 10 days)
- Extended Stay: USD 50 per person/day beyond 10 days

- Dolpo Buddha Rural Municipality (Wards 4-6)
- Shey Phoksundo Rural Municipality (Wards 1-7)

- Fee: USD 50 per person/week

Special Region Permits
Taplejung, Sankhuwasabha, Solukhumbu (Province 1)
- Initial Fee: USD 20 per person/week (first 4 weeks)
- Extended Stay: USD 25 per person/week beyond 4 weeks
